Lie face down on the floor.
Place your forearms on the ground with elbows directly below your shoulders.
Push up onto your forearms and toes, keeping your body in a straight line from head to heels.
Engage your core and squeeze your glutes to prevent your hips from sagging or rising.
Keep your neck neutral — look at the floor just ahead of your hands.
Hold the position for the desired duration, breathing steadily throughout.
